The
Studica Rewards Program
The Studica Rewards Program ("Program") is open to all U.S. and Canadian
residents. By participating in the Program, you agree to the terms and
conditions of the Program. Your Rewards are nontransferable and are subject to
present and future Program rules. Your Membership is valid only at
www.torcomp.com and
www.studica.com. Enrollment begins upon activation of a free account on
www.torcomp.com or
www.studica.com.
Torcomp
Studica Ltd. employees
and their immediate family members are not eligible for participation in the
Studica Rewards Program. Torcomp Studica Ltd. affiliates and subsidiaries are
also not
eligible for participation in the Studica Rewards Program.
Earn
Points Two Different Ways
Method 1: Earn Points via Purchases by Others:
As a participant of the Studica Rewards Program, you earn 3 points for every
full $1 that a customer who uses your Personal Referral Code spends when
purchasing from Torcomp or Studica. Points are credited to your account within
one business day of the order shipping. Points are earned only on purchases and
are not earned on any shipping charges or taxes. Points are earned on the whole
dollar amount of the individual order only. Point calculations are based upon
dollars spent at checkout on eligible purchases less any amount spent on
Non-Qualifying Items (see “Non-Qualifying Items" below). When products are
returned, the appropriate amount of Points will be deducted from your Studica
Rewards Program Account for that purchase/return.
Method 2: Earn Points via Studica Skills Participation of Students
As a participant of the Studica Rewards Program, you earn 20 points for each
referred student who registers and uploads an entry on
www.StudicaSkills.com that meets the competition theme and rules. A referred
student can enter as many of the competitions as they like (all competitions are
free to enter) and a student may submit up to three unique entries per
competition. When uploading their submission the student will have the ability
to insert your Personal Referral Code. The code must be input at that time in
order for you to receive credit for the upload. The uploaded file(s) will be
reviewed by Torcomp Studica staff and your Points will be updated within three
business days of the uploading of the entry. Each entry where the entrant
references your Personal Referral Code when submitting their entry will be
credited to you. A student who, for example, submits three entries (the maximum
number per competition) in one competition and two entries in another
competition, will have a total of five entries. When uploading each entry, if the
student uses your Personal Referral Code for each of the entries, you will
receive 100 points (five entries times twenty points per entry), assuming all of
the five entries meet the competition theme and guidelines. The number of points
awarded per submission is twenty, regardless of the number of students who
worked on the entries (many competitions allow students to enter competitions in
teams).
The
Fine Print
Points and Certificates have no cash value. Points are nontransferable. You may
earn additional Points through special offers and promotions as available.
Torcomp Studica Ltd. is not responsible for communications that are lost due to
change of e-mail address, changes in other contact information, or for other
technical reasons. Other restrictions or exclusions
may apply.
Claim
Your Rewards
For every 100 points you earn in the Studica Rewards Program, you will be
eligible to redeem your points for a $1 discount off your future purchase of any
eligible products or services at
www.torcomp.com or
www.studica.com. Points are automatically deducted when you purchase and
have a point credit on your account. Points may only be redeemed for a discount
off purchase amounts equal to or greater than the amount of the sum of the
Points, excluding tax (if applicable). You may be notified of additional
ineligible products and services. Expired Points will not be replaced. Other
restrictions or exclusions may apply.
Non-Qualifying Items
Torcomp Studica Ltd. Studica Rewards Program Points will not be earned for the
following: instant rebates, Torcomp or Studica Digital Gift Card purchases,
purchases paid by partial or all Studica Reward Points, Federal, State,
Provincial, or Local taxes, state fees, shipping charges, restocking fees, other excluded charges, and certain items that are excluded in
particular promotions. Other exclusions may apply.
Studica
Rewards Program Points may not be redeemed for discounts off the following
items: prior purchases, prior Studica Skills entries/uploads, purchase of
Digital Gift Cards, for taxes of any type. Other exclusions may apply.
Studica Rewards Program Modification, Expiration, and Termination
Torcomp Studica Ltd. may, at any time, terminate or modify the Studica Rewards
Program and Program rules without any further obligations to participants. Torcomp
Studica Ltd. reserves the right to terminate your participation, in its sole
discretion.

The Studica Rewards Program is brought to you by Torcomp Studica Ltd. By
participating in the Studica Rewards Program, you agree to receive advertising,
marketing materials, and other communications from Torcomp Studica Ltd. Torcomp,
Studica, Studica Skills, all applicable logos, the Studica Rewards Program and
other logos and taglines are the intellectual property of Torcomp Studica Ltd.
Participation is void and to the extent when prohibited by law. Taxes may apply
where required by law.
Privacy Policy
The information you provide as a Member of the Studica Rewards Program will be
handled according to Torcomp Studica Ltd.’s Privacy Policy. If you are
